📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – For Clients

🔹 A) If you book more than 7 days before your consultation appointment

1. ❌ No cancellations are accepted under any circumstances (fees are non-refundable).

2. 🔄 Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before your appointment.

3. 📧 After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Reschedule button:

   • ✅ The button is active until exactly 7 days before your appointment (cutoff time is shown in your email).

   • ⛔ From 7 days before your appointment onward, the Reschedule button is disabled and rescheduling is not possible.

4. 🚫 Any attempt to cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your consultation will not be accepted, and the fee will be forfeited.

5. ⏱️ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.

🔹 B) If you book within 7 days of your appointment (same-week bookings)

1. ✅ Your booking is immediately confirmed and final.

2. 🕒 6-hour grace window:

   • You have 6 hours from the time of booking to make changes via the Reschedule button in your confirmation email.

   • ❌ After this window, NO rescheduling or cancellation is permitted.

   • 💳 Cancellations are non-refundable at all times (including within the 6-hour window).

3. 🔔 Your email will show the exact grace cutoff time. Once that time passes, the Reschedule button will be inactive/removed.

4. ⏱️ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.

🔹 C) General

1. ⛔ No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and will still end at the scheduled time.

2. 🌍 All appointment and cutoff times are shown in your local time zone.

3. 🔐 For fairness and scheduling integrity, exceptions are not granted beyond the windows stated above.

📌 Confirmation & Reminders

1. 📧 You will receive up to three reminder emails:

   • ✅ 8 days before your consultation (action required: you have a 24-hour window to confirm or reschedule; after this window, your slot is treated as confirmed).

   • ✅ 3 days before your consultation (final details + join link).

   • ✅ 2 hours before your consultation (last reminder + join link).

2. ⏳ If you do not reply within 24 hours of the 8-day reminder email, your appointment is considered 100% confirmed.

3. 🗓️ If you book within 7 days, you won’t receive the 8-day email; you will still receive the 3-day and 2-hour reminders.

4. ⏰ If you book within 3 days, you’ll receive only the 2-hour reminder.

⚠️ Important Notice

1. ❗ A cancellation is still a cancellation regardless of circumstances (e.g., missed flight, accident, sudden illness, or any other unforeseen event).

2. ❌ Within 7 days of the appointment: no cancellations or changes are allowed; payments are non-refundable.

3. ⏱️ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.

📌 Rescheduling Policy – From Rami

1. 📅 In the rare case of an emergency, Rami will notify you at least 3 days in advance if your consultation needs to be rescheduled.

2. 🤝 If this happens, you will be offered a new time slot that works best for you.
