Please read carefully before booking. By proceeding, you agree to the following:
📝 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – For Clients
🗓️ A) If you book more than 7 days before your consultation appointment
- ❌ No cancellations are accepted under any circumstances (fees are non-refundable).
- 🔄 Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before your appointment.
- 📧 After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Reschedule button.
- 🚫 Any attempt to cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your consultation will not be accepted.
- ⏳ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.
📅 B) If you book within 7 days of your appointment (same-week bookings)
- ✅ Your booking is immediately confirmed and final.
- 🕕 6-hour grace window to make changes via Reschedule button.
- 🚫 After this window, NO rescheduling or cancellation is permitted.
- 💸 Cancellations are non-refundable at all times (including within 6-hour window).
- ⏳ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.
⚙️ C) General
- ⏰ No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
- 🌍 All times are shown in your local timezone.
- 🚫 No exceptions beyond the stated windows.
📩 Confirmation & Reminders
- 🗓️ 8 days before: confirm or reschedule within 24 hours.
- 📬 3 days before: final details + join link.
- ⏰ 2 hours before: last reminder + join link.
⚠️ Important Notice
- ❗ All cancellations remain cancellations regardless of circumstances.
- 🚫 Within 7 days: no cancellations or changes allowed.
- ⏳ This policy exists out of respect for Rami’s valuable time.
👨💼 Rescheduling Policy – From Rami
- 📢 In case of emergency, Rami will notify you at least 3 days in advance.
- 🗓️ You’ll be offered a new slot that works best for you.
